Question!!!!!!

I have a question for all of you Mac e/s lovers out there..
to depot or to not depot?
Hmm.
I've been thinking about this for a while and everytime it pops into my head I go back & forth and back & forth.
When I was last in MAC I purchased a quad palette & bought my first 2 pan eyeshadows. When I get paid next I really want to purchase the 15 palette but is it really more simple? Yes, I get that all of your shadows will be in one place & organized opposed to carrying around a bag filled with them. I see the advantage there. But what if like it falls and then everything breaks? Or someone steals it? Or idk, ahhhhhhh.
Do you all find it easier to just have them in the one palette? I have about.. 18 - 21 Mac eyeshadows. I don't know the exact number.. I have a total problem of putting one down somewhere and not remembering where I put it for ages and then coming across it.. so yeah, the exact number I can't really tell you. But yeah.. idk. I like the idea of having everything in a nice clean looking palette but idk. I find it almost pathetic how much I've been debating about this, hahaha.
So yes, I'm here asking you what you do with your eyeshadows? Do you recommend to depot them? I think quite frankly I'm just going to do it but I thought I'd ask you all first what your opinions on depotting are.
Lemme know

Can I just say that being sick sucks!?!
I think I have a sinus infection, so at least it's nothing serious but still... major stinkage. I hate when you can't breathe through your nose.
A few things I'll try to update on if I find energy:
1. A mini haul. I think I'll do that tonight cause you don't necessarily need to see me
2. I got my haircut yesterday! It was only like 1 1/2 inches off but I added some face angles and stuff. I don't have my straightener with me at Zach's so if I do take a picture, you'll see how crazy my hair is. I most definitely liked it more before I cut it but hair grows back so whatevs. It needed it but after this experience I shall only be getting trims. And the women who cut it was very, very harsh with my hair and she pulled out one of my earrings! It's not like it's a bad haircut, it's very similar to a cut I had when I was 18 & I loved that cut. I just feel like the way my hair was before was better for my face and stuff. It did sorta just hang there though (which I didn't mind, ha) & now I can say it def does not.
^ I can't believe I really just wrote that much about a haircut, haha.
I was supposed to have play rehearsal and now I don't.. so now I'm up for no reason, ba hum bug. I'm going to go try to lay back down with Zachary. Expect an update laterrrrrrr.

In and Out number 1

Ins & Outs: Numero Uno
Ins:
Spending time with my siblings :o) They're my heart & you'll probably be seeing lots of posts about them!!!
My bf & alone time with him
Finding & purchasing my NEW favorite stud earrings ever. I shall update with a picture soon.
My E.L.F. package arriving Tuesday (according to USPS -- please be right!) I only ordered 2 products but I'm uber excited about them ( I ordered Natural Nymph l/s & Birthday Suit lipstain (which I've heard mixed reviews about))
MAC mini hauls
Decorating the sorta new upstairs of my house. My mom's moving in with us temporarily (& we're re-doing the upstairs for her) so I get to pick out the paint colors of the rooms b/c once she moves into her new house I move upstairs.
Outs:
- School work overkill
- My family craziness... they're legit nuts
- Being a broke ass but working all the time (how the hell does that add up!)
- Breaking my newly acquired diet soo much this weekend
- Not being with my siblings when they want me to be. Example: After "bedtime" when they get scared (I just got a phone call) :o(
- Being around people who talk toooooooooo much about things they don't know about
- Chapped lips

Review Numero Uno

Aussie's Moist 3 Minute Miracle

So, my first review. I figured this would be my best bet b/c I have some of the driest hair ever. It's crazy fine and tangles very, very easily.

What it's said to do: "Deeeeep conditioning for damaged ’dos. With intense, fortifying conditioners, Moist 3 Minute Miracle Deeeeep Conditioner is a seriously simple fix for dry, distressed tresses. "

My opinions: For the price it's a great product. It's a thick cream that you squeeze out of a tube (obviously, hah) and you apply it for three minutes and it promises to fix those dry strands. When I use this product I leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and use it as an everyday conditioner instead of as a treatment. If I comb it through my hair I truly think it works; if I just apply it and don't comb it through I feel like it works like a regular conditioner (which does not do anything for my hair). I also apply it all over my head & not just on my ends. I've been using this product for I'm going to say about a year & a half now and it's my go to cheap deep conditioner when I can't splurge on my regular heavy cream. It is most definitely a great product and does it's job (if combed through). It's about $4.50 and if you're looking for a cheap but good product, try this. For the money you've got nothing to lose quite frankly. You can purchase it in drugstores & foodstores as well.
One tip though, if you have dry hair, COMB IT THROUGH! Otherwise I personally feel like it doesn't work. If you have "normal" hair then you'll most likely be fine just slathering it on. Also I know some people would say using something like this every shower will weigh down your hair.. well.. it probably does BUT it's nice to be able to brush through my mane, haha.

Overall: Great product for a great price tag

20 Questions

1. Things you cannot leave the house without:
My phone for sure... I like to be in contact with certain people at all time... otherwise I ignore the shit out of it. Urr, then it would be my purse which contains a bunch of junk I depend on hahha. Maybe I'll do a "what's in my purse" soon but it's pretty general: chapstick, perfume, my planner, etc.

2. Favourite brand of Make Up:
Hmm, MAC.. that's a given, haha. So yeah, MAC wins but I am enjoying NYX, & I never purchase MAC mascaras b/c I don't like them so L'oreal/Covergirl/Rimmel are my go tos for that. I also like E.L.F. make-up.

3. Favourite flower:
I really love all flowers but I'll give you my top picks. Sunflowers & Daisies are my favies & then roses.

4. Favourite clothing store:
Forever 21, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie.

5. Favourite perfume:
Vanilla Lace has been my staple scent forever & I adore it. I've got a few more perfumes but I love vanilla.

6. Heels or Flats:
Flats. I'm really short but I'm not a big heels person, I'll wear them if I'm going out out but past that it never happens.

7. Do you make good grades:
Yes I do. My grades aren't always perfect but I do well.

8. Favourite colours:
Green, baby pink, black, navy, grey.

9. Do you drink energy drinks:
No, not my thing.

10. Do you drink juice:
I'm such a juice drinker. I love all juices.

11. Do you like swimming:
In a pool yes, in the ocean no. I went to Bermuda when I was five and I could see the fish near my feet and it freaked me out terribly. Waters near my house are NOT clear so you won't catch me in them. I will go in when I'm on vacation but not deep.

12. Do you eat fries with a fork:
No. Unless they're pizza fries (marina sauce & mozzarella) cause they're crazy messy but normal fries are a no.

13. Favourite moisturiser:
Cetaphil and then just yummy smelling ones from Bath & Body Works/ The Body Shop

14. Do you want to get married later on in life:
Yes I do :o)

15. Do you get mad easily:
I get annoyed easily, it takes quite a bit to actually anger me. But once I'm pissed I'd steer clear.

16. Are you into ghost hunting:
Uhm.. not really. I enjoy a good scare but I'm such a scaredy cat it's ridic. Like, I like the idea of being scared but I do not actually like being scared. Does that make sense? hahha

17. Any phobias -
Losing my loved ones scares me like no tomorrow.. I pray a lot for their protection, it's quite crazy. Uhm, my wrists, things in the dark.

18. Do you bite your nails:
No, I rip them off though.

19. Have you ever had a near death experience:
I've gotten in car accidents. That's the closest I think.

20. Do you drink coffee -
Nopers.

...

I wish it would stop snowing... jeebus!!!
We got hit on Friday night & it's started up again this evening and is supposed to last until late tomorrow night.
One positive thing --- school is closed :o)
I will never complain about school being cancelled... I'm so over school already, haha.
So tomorrow shall be filled with snuggle time with Zachary and then depending on the roads possibly work but I'm not too sure.
If I am snowed in I shall do a few reviews and show you all the purse I picked up from Marshalls that I had on layaway. I adore it tons :o)
Hmm, so what else is new...
I've been finding great blogs to read so that keeps me amused for hours on end when I'm not doing hw and.... urr... yeah. I'm just up to my normal stuff I guess.
Tonight Zach introduced me to a new band called Blue October. They're really quite interesting and I shall be making a burn cd within the next few days for my car! Take a look at them. I love finding new bands.
Alright, it's almost 2 am so I think we're going to try to hit the hay now but if not I'll post with some survey type deal.

GirlPROPS

My anniversary with Zach is coming up (eek 2 years ♥) & to make things easier on each other we make lists. So while thinking up a few things, I remembered about GirlPROPS.com.
If you're not familiar with them they basically have cheap accessories in a variety of styles.
I really forgot about the site quite frankly until last week.I had used it once before but back then a lot of their stuff was tacky.. and seriously they've done a complete 360.
I'm not saying I'd wear all of their stuff now but it does look like they've definitely upgraded their products.
I found a few cute things I want.. not too sure if I'm going to tell him to look at these items because I already know my main gift is a MAC gift card & we set a limit on what we're spending so we shall see. Regardless I want to share them with you all.

Although I do not like the idea of violence or promoting it.. this necklace is adorable. I go through phases with my style, from girly girl to punky to casual (etc).
Retail Price: $6.99

LOVE these. I feel like their so simple and pretty and I love the colors.

Retail Price: $4.99

This little lamb is so precious! I can't really see myself wearing this often but I see it as a once in a while thing. I most def think it would look better on a longer chain (it's on a 16' chain) but the pendant itself is cute.

Retail Price: $8.99

It's so random to have a wrench necklace but I think that's why I like it, ha.

Retail Price: $7.99

So that's some of the cute stuff I found on the site. Others worth mentioning: The robot, the lightning bolt, the rocket ship. I didn't look at the bracelets or the rings really but if you check the site out definitely do and let me know about them.

I cancelled my theatre class today b/c I'm feeling like poo so expect some babbling or random posts, ha.

I'm seeing my siblings tonight (loveee them!!!) and then I'm not too positive if we're still going to the open mic night or not but if not expect some pictures from yesterday :o)

Favorites de January

January favies
A lot of the gurus I watch online do their favorites of each month & I want to do it as well.. but not in video form (at least not for this month). So here's a list of my favorites, enjoy!
Favorites:
Mac's Sable Eyeshadow: it's such a gorg color & I think it's one of those colors that can flatter all skin tones. I'll edit this tomorrow with a swatch or a description but I have to think about the right way to word it (and the time to do so is not now, ha)
School supply shopping: My semester started back up on January 21st so I had to buy a bunch of stuff. I love school supplies, they make me happy :o)
I think my absolute favorite purchase would be my new planner. Daily planners make me feel organized when I'm not.
Hand Sanitizer: legit everyone I know is either sick or getting sick.... stay away from me people! But yeah.. I'm addicted to hand sanitizer... it just makes me feel protected, ha.
Nyx lipgloss in Beige: it really is a great pinky (yes pinky) color. Subtle and pretty but with a pop of color (for my pale self at least it is). If you're looking into Nyx's lipglosses this is most def one you should look at. It's not sticky by any means and seems to hold up for some time before I need to re-apply. I really like this color
a lot.
Peppermint Tea: = LOVE. It's just so yummy
My Wishbone Necklace: It was my late Christmas gift from Zach & I got it on New Year's Eve after our midnight kiss (so technically New Year's Day). It's from Dogeared.com & it's so tiny & perfect! I truly love it ♥
Mac's Hue lipstick: I was never a big lipstick person but that has changed within the past few months. I'm slowly getting into them more and more and Hue was an excellent purchase. It's a sheer (glaze finish) pinky nude that works really well alone or over other colors. I'm digging it alone quite honestly & my lips are quite pigmented and it still does it's job flawlessly.
Okie dokes, there's a few of my favorite things from January. I know I'm missing a few but it's almost 2 am and I'm beat.
Sweet Dreams all.

Promises Promises Promises...

The next couple of weeks I'm going to have some time on my hands so expect reviews of the following:

1) Different chapsticks (Burt's Bees, Soft Lips (or Softlips w'e), Dr. Bronner's Magic, etc etc)
2) Stila kajal eyeliner in Topaz
3) Recent nail polish buys
4) Rimmel Max Volume Flash Mascara (my new holy grail of mascaras)

Yeah, so that's the game plan. I know I said I was going to start reviews last week but school started up full time again & then my friend passed and yeah... shit sucks, ha. Tis okay though. I'm on a schedule now so all of these shall happen. I also bought a few note-worthy things at Ulta recently that I'll post about. Hmm... what else is new... I want to learn how to "wave/curl" my hair with a straightener & I found a new perfume I want to purchase -- Fall In Love by Philosophy, for reals yum. Me & the bf are maybe going out tomorrow night to a bar for an open mic night so I'll have a FOTD as well. I tried to do one today but my camera decided to suck... thanks camera. I appreciate the little thing but jeebus.. work better once in a while!
